"****the hotel service was extremely frustrating when we first arrived; and we both received food poisoning on the first night from the first restaurant we visited; i would of definitely not ave rated this a five star hotel*****"

"I had booked a Rendezvous for Two stay; but the staff seemed oblivious to this and I mentioned it. We had a junior suite. The room size and extra bathroom were great. But the decor needs updating. Everything was mismatched. For the money I was spending the room was an eye sore. A distraction to the senses."
