"Though I'm just an "average Joe" ... I was made to feel very above average. Everyone knew my name. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Most of all, I didn't feel exploited ... being a foreigner ... as I have in other "fine" hotels in other countries. I was dissapointed that I did not get to utilize the spa and massage facilities during my stay. It looked to be top notch."
