The Bad
Guests who did not like the hotel were numerous and complained along a few themes.

Some guests complained about the location. They found it to have a sketchy vibe with homeless people panhandling, were concerned about their cars parked in the lot behind the hotel and found used needles in the parking lot.

Some guests complained about the rooms. They found them poorly maintained, dusty, dark, with noisy and poorly functioning AC units, dated and tired, saw bugs, received spider bites, with musty odour and mould in the shower, smelly/stained carpets, a stained upholstered chair, clogged drains in bathroom, no shampoo or body wash, thin walls allowing noise to transfer between rooms and poor views from the rooms.

A few guests did not like the plain breakfast, with no variety, no fruit and no second cup of coffee possible.
