"very loud during the nights !!! very thin walls you could hear the neighbours making very loud noise. very dirty under the beds, a lot of rubbish, a very bad smell in the hotel, the florr very dirty. the price was ok but it should be more comfortable."

"My husband compared this hotel to a first-class Russian tourist hotel. The room was dark and crowded. There was a shower, but no bathtub. The closet was--literally--one foot wide and had no door, just two wire hangers. There is no internet service and no nearby internet cafe that we discovered. Parking cost an extra $30 a day in a lot a block away. Breakfast was tasty: oversized muffins, orange juice, and coffee served neatly on a tray to be taken back to the room. Other compensations were that we were two blocks from the subway into town, and necessary businesses such as pharmacies were also a short walk away. But overall, this is only a place to stay if you really can't afford anywhere else."

"This hotel shuold be advertized as sharing walls with the bus station and the central Metro station. This has its advantages but also comes with noise if you have to open the windows during a warm summer night.
Another plus is that it was just 2 blocks from the street festivals and restaurants and internet cafe-chocalaterie (a first for me) on Rue St Denis.
The rooms themselves, as others have noted are oversized closets and the hallways are absolutely claustrophic. Hence it is solely a place to crash. No one in there right mind would want to spend time awake in their rooms."
