The GoodThere were very few reviews available for this analysis. However, there were several aspects of this property that received compliments.
A few guests described their rooms as generally clean and quiet. One reviewer mentioned that this property is "not a party hostel".
A few reviewers specifically mentioned the en-suite bathrooms as a value-added feature. One guest noted that this feature was a pleasant change from other hostels that have one shared bathroom per floor.
A couple of guests thought that the room rates were reasonable.
A couple of reviewers thought that the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. However, the staff did receive mixed reviews (see below for more details).
The Bad
As mentioned above, there were very few reviews available for this analysis. There were a couple of common concerns found among the guest reviews and a number of isolated complaints.
A couple of guests thought that the neighbourhood immediately surrounding the hostel seemed unsafe or "abandoned".
While a couple of guests praised the customer service, as mentioned above, a couple of reviewers were unhappy with the front desk staff. These guests said that the staff were frequently unavailable at the front desk, resulting in long waits to ask questions or check-in/out. Another reviewer thought the front desk staff was inefficient.
Isolated complaints included: uncomfortable beds, common areas did not appear clean or well maintained and a lack of water pressure in a guest bathroom.
