These guests said that the staff were frequently unavailable at the front desk, resulting in long waits to ask questions or check-in/out. Another reviewer thought the front desk staff was inefficient.
Isolated complaints included: uncomfortable beds, common areas did not appear clean or well maintained and a lack of water pressure in a guest bathroom.
