Overview
Located just off Highway 138 and about a 5-minute walk from Peel Metro Station, Hotel Manoir Ambrose is geared towards car or pedestrian travellers who prefer a boutique-style hotel with free Wi-Fi, a free continental breakfast and easy access to the highway and public transit.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a desk and an iPod dock. Rooms with a private bathroom, a hair dryer and a seating area and sofabed are also available and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Hotel amenities include free coffee and tea in the lobby (from 7:30 am to 11 pm), a free breakfast and a business centre. Limited self-parking is available for $15 per night and reservations are required.

Many guests enjoyed the hotel's location. They described it as central and close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, Central Station, Mt Royal Park, downtown Montreal, the Museum of Fine Arts and Ste. Catherines St.

Numerous reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, spacious, beautiful and well equipped, with high ceilings and comfortable beds and linens. A few patrons were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).

The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by travellers. They were characterized as friendly, bilingual and helpful with directions and suggestions for sightseeing.
