Many reviewers offered compliments to the hotel's staff, who were characterized as friendly, bilingual and professional. One guest remarked, "All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the shuttle driver to the front desk agents to the housekeeper."
The hotel's rooms were praised by numerous lodgers. They were described as modern, clean and well equipped, with nice wood floors, strong Wi-Fi signals and comfortable beds and pillows.
Several guests enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast; they described it as enjoyable and fantastic, with a good variety of hot and cold items and ample seating.
The Bad
While the majority of critiques consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the hotel's location and parking.
While the majority of reviewers found the hotel to be close to the airport, some guests expressed complaints regarding its location. They mentioned there was only one fast food restaurant within walking distance (the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant), and that the hotel was difficult to locate when accessing it via Cote-de-Liesse Road. It was also suggested the hotel's location was more suited to those travelling with a vehicle.
A few guests were disappointed with the hotel's parking. They felt the $6.95 should have been included in the hotel rate, and also described not being able to find a space in the lot at night on occasion.
