Overview
This hotel is currently being renovated and offers handy access to Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), just a 7-minute drive with free airport shuttle. A popular restaurant and indoor pool round out its offerings to guests wanting to access the airport or nearby business offices.

The hotel has 159 smoke-free and pet-free rooms. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a flat screen HDTV with cable, in-house movies, a PlayStation console, data ports, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk with ergonomic chair, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 or 2 king beds. Room extras include a sofabed, a Keurig coffee/tea maker, a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, wet bar), a dining table and a sitting area. Accessible rooms are also available.

Parking is available on an outdoor lot for $12 per night. Free airport shuttle service is available from 4 am to 1:30 am and operates on demand from the airport and on a half-hour schedule to the airport. Park and Fly rates are available when booked direct and include 1 or more weeks of parking.

On-site dining is available at Resto Bar & Lounge, which serves breakfast and dinner daily. It features big screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor terrace and provides room service from 5 pm to 10:30 pm. Off-site restaurants nearby include Venezia Ristorante and St. James Pub St. Jacques, both a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness centre, a business centre, 24-hour Pavilion Pantry convenience store, a guest laundry, dry cleaning, elevator and meeting rooms.

Shopping and restaurants can be found at Place Vertu and Les Jardins Dorval, both an 8-minute drive from the hotel. Downtown Montreal is a 17-minute drive away in good traffic conditions. (All travel times: Google Maps)

The Good
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which are expected to be complete by June 15, 2016. Of course, guests who received the older rooms were not as satisfied overall as those who obtained recently renovated rooms, but this hotel is well liked overall and has obtained high ratings.

Guests typically found the rooms clean, quiet, well equipped with mini-fridges and microwaves, spacious, and with comfortable beds.

Guests really liked the staff of this hotel. They found them friendly, courteous, and professional. 

Guests were pleased with the shuttle service at the hotel. It was prompt and convenient and guests sometimes used it to catch the 747 bus to downtown Montreal.

Guests found the location convenient for accessing the airport, especially with the shuttle, but a little out of the way otherwise.

Guests often enjoyed the dining on site. They were pleased with a good wine list and very good French style steak and seafood entrees as well as pasta dishes. Some praised the breakfast chef on site and said, "Food was well prepared and the breakfast buffet had everything."

The Bad
There were some complaints found online from guests who were not completely impressed.

Several reviewers found the rooms dated with worn furniture and uncomfortable beds. Other recent complaints were: bedsheets were rough, AC did not work, carpets were dirty and made the guest's feet black, surfaces not well cleaned in a guest's room, towels well below what you would expect for a Hilton, poor shower pressure and could hear the sound of trains.

Some were not fond of the breakfast buffet. They described it as okay, but nothing special. 

Some guests were not that thrilled with the location, finding it somewhat industrial with nothing much in the area.

Occasionally guests had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi or found it slow in their rooms.

Some found the restaurant pricey and were disappointed that there was no lunch service. 

A few reviewers objected to paying an extra $12 for a surface lot.
