"hole in bathroom door, rusty heater covers, room above garbage bins, which were emptied b/n 11pm and 1am - taking at least 45 minutes by a LOUD truck. Smoking room with no ashtrays or matches. dark and dingy. signs falling off in hallway. upon arrival was told I had no reservation (they had mispelled my name and rather then search that a bit she simply said I wasn't booked). ugly lobby."

"2 immediate problems: (1) Sent to a room where repairs were being made; front desk didn't seem to know that this room was unrentable; (2) Old non-functioning batteries in TV remote; should be checked by housekeeping from time to time. However, staff acted quickly to remedy these items."
