Many reviewers found the rooms to be comfortable, clean and spacious, and found the overall appearance of the hotel to be well maintained. There were a few comments that the gym was small but had good, modern equipment, and that the hotel breakfast was "simple but ample".
There were many positive comments about the staff, who were described as friendly and helpful in many of the reviews.
The check-in process went smoothly and quickly for many reviewers. Some reviewers found the hotel to be well-located, a 5-minute drive from the airport, and accessible to downtown via car or bus.
One reviewer found the hotel great for business travel and appreciated the Wi-Fi and work area in his room, while another reviewer said of the hotel that "from the moment we stepped in, we felt welcome and comfortable”.

As well, a few reviewers commented that the airport shuttle service gets crowded quickly, and that while the drivers were quick to return, guests might want to factor in a wait time when planning their trip to the airport.
