There are 131 rooms at the hotel, all of which feature a work desk, an LCD HD TV, a mini-fridge, a coffeemaker, an iron with ironing board and a hairdryer. Guests can select a room with either 1 king or 2 queen beds, a studio with either 1 king or 2 queen beds and a sofabed, or a suite with 1 king bed, a sofabed and a separate living area. Pets are not permitted.
The smoke-free, 9-floor property provides guests with free shuttle service 24 hours a day to and from the airport. It also offers free Wi-Fi and a free continental breakfast. On-site parking is available for $12/day. Guests can enjoy access to the hotel's amenities such as a fitness centre and indoor pool. The hotel's restaurant, Napa Lounge, is open for dinner every evening.
The hotel is a 3-minute drive to Autoroute 20, an east-west highway. Guests driving that route from the hotel can reach downtown in about 15 minutes. There is a small shopping centre, the Dorval Gardens, which has a bank, a grocery store and a few restaurants, about a 3-minute drive from the hotel. Plaza Cote Vertu, a larger mall, is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The Dorval terminus (home to a VIA Rail station and public transit) is also a 3-minute drive from the hotel. Many reviewers found the rooms to be comfortable, clean and spacious, and found the overall appearance of the hotel to be well maintained. There were a few comments that the gym was small but had good, modern equipment, and that the hotel breakfast was "simple but ample".

"There were a lot of bugs crawling in the first roon we were in, we later switched to another room but it had insects crawling everywhere too. Other than that..the breakfast was really good each day and the service was also attentive. It's about 1/2 hour away from the city and main attractions which isn't too bad."
