"DISGUSTED!"
"We lost power in our room which powered our TV, coffee maker, fridge, bathroom outlets and did not complain about it, simply mentioned it to the front desk that we had no power and they didn't even want to give us a pot of coffee free of charge because ours wouldn't work. When we were ready to check out of the hotel we respectfully advised the front desk manager that we had no power in the room and nothing was done about it and simply said that there was nothing that he could do. We will never recommend or return to that hotel while staying in Montreal ever again."

"Ok for the price!!!!"
"For the money this hotel was ok. We did not spend alot in the room so it was suitable for what we needed. We stayed on the 3rd floor which is redone. The beds were not very comfortable. We were also over the resturant & hall .....on the Saturday night it was rented out and the music was very loud. The resturant is overpriced and the gave us french menus. The location is great very close to the Bell centre and St.Cathreins. Overall it was ok for the price."

"Not Happy with The Hotel"
"We have received worst service at the Reception, no courtesy at all. Rooms are not that clean and Washroom not working completely. Called Room service no response until we vacate. Location is good.
Smoke smell coming inside non smoking room??? Lot of noise due to cleaning and servicing in the other room. We won't recommend this to others."

"Not pleased with the guest services, why are they having UNFRIENDLY guys as their guest services. They should be friendly, smiling, more approachable attitude, but they don't.
I was in Quebec city, their services are much better, friendlier, and willing to talk to customer when i have questions. This Espesso hotel, i would not recommend to anyone else. sorry."

"As chaufer for my daughter's prom, I found the underground parking most particularly convenient. I felt very safe at all hours of the night and found the attractions I was requested to go were very close-by. I think the young graduates had a very memorable night.

"The maitenance workers were washing the walls outside my room and blasting music at 7am...not a pleasant way to wake up to say the least."

"Walking distance to most of the shops & restaurants. Hard to park inside hotel parking area after 10pm. Hotel charges for your parking even if you're staying in the hotel."
