"Stayed at the Delta Montreal for two nights. Had a very good stay. The staff were very friendly and very acommodating. First evening there, the concierge suggested a restaurant just minutes from the hotel. It was called Le Caveau, and it was fabulous. French dining at its best. We had our two daughters with us, 21 and 14 and they enjoyed it also. The ammentities were nice. Clean swimming pool and whirlpool, and great sauna. We love going to Montreal, and our stay at the Delta Montreal enhanced our visit."

"The internet access in the rooms is run by a service outside the hotel and when there are problems, contacting the service was more trouble than it was worth. I was counting on internet service and found myself waiting in the smoky business office for one of two available computers. My laptop had worked without incident in the previous hotel - so the problem was within the service. The concierge gave directions to the old town that took us right through the XXX rated movie theaters and the seedier part of town. We found a more pleasant route back."

"Dear Sir/Madam,
Although I did enjoy my stay at your hotel, I would recommend the following:
1. My room was a bit depressing, with not one single painting on any of the walls: some artistic artwork would make the room less AUSTERE.
2. The tiles in the shower area around the bath tub did not seem very clean: 100% CLEAN BATHROOM ARE ESSENTIAL.
3. The number of ENGLISH CHANNELS on your TV programs were somewhat limited.
