"I'm resubmitting this since i received message that the previous submission was not delivered - not sure it was sent. Using your service was not as good as having direct contact w/hotel - they initially put us in a room with wrong size bed but were able to change rooms - the second room was very noisy, small and had a loud dripping faucet in bath - left unrepaired during 2 nite stay."

"The staff was wonderful. They were curtious and knowlegeable.
They even made reservations for us at a restaurant that they had to look up.
The parking was an extra $20 per day but they had valet service. Every time we wanted our car, we had to tip the valet. But, on the other hand, the car was delivered to the door or the hotel.
The room was beautiful.
I want to add that we did not stay at the Versaille hotel that we booked. The web site listed an elevator and it does not have one. There is also a walk up to the entrance. But we were given a room across the street at their sister hotel and it was beautiful.
Also, the name in Myra not Myron."
