The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's location, staff and rooms.
The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers. They described it as being within walking distance to the Metro, many tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, the gay village, and located beside the bus terminal.
Many guests were pleased with the customer service they received. They described the staff as helpful, pleasant, laid-back, welcoming and knowledgeable, and providing useful information about the area.
Several lodgers described the rooms as clean, comfortable and spacious. It should be noted however, that a couple of guests found the mattresses to be too thin, and found the basement rooms to lack light.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few of complaints about
noise transfer.
A few reviewers reported noise disturbances during their stay. They described noise from guests in adjacent rooms and music in the lobby late at night, as well as noisy air conditioning units. These guests mentioned this hotel would be more suited to to young travellers looking to have fun and meet other travellers.
