The guests who complained about the size of their rooms were numerous. These guests all thought that the rooms at the hotel were too small with one guest calling his room "tiny." Multiple guests judged their 'queen' bed to actually be a double and felt that there was no way the room could actually fit a queen. Occasionally guests complained about the heaters in their rooms which were described as noisy.
Several guests also mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations. A member of our staff called the hotel on March 2nd, 2012 and spoke to an agent at the property. According to the agent room renovations were already completed and hotel renovations that target the lobby were expected to end before the end of March 2012.
Some guests also had a problem with parking at the hotel. These guests described a situation that seemed somewhat common, where they felt inconvenienced because they had to park off site at a public lot.
