Many guests seemed to be staying at the hotel for the purpose of a one-night layover, either before or after a flight/train voyage. They indicated that it was very helpful to have 24-hr access to a shuttle, and also found it convenient that they were close by the airport/train station.

The Bad
Ongoing construction around the hotel made it difficult to find and to access according to a number of guests. Shuttle pick up was an issue for some guests, and some others found having the Sleep & Fly parking located off-site inconvenient. In terms of the hotel itself, some guests found the bathrooms to be small.
While many guests appreciated having a 24-hr shuttle available, a few ran into problems trying to call to arrange a pick up with the reservation service. Some other guests did not like having to wait outside for the shuttle, especially when the weather was inclement.
Having a Sleep & Fly option was appreciated by many guests, but having to take another shuttle bus to get to their car was not convenient, according to a number of guests.
While several guests found the rooms to be comfortable, a few felt the bathrooms were small, and some did not like that sinks were actually located outside of the bathroom.
Other complaints from guests included the pool being too small and shallow, issues with the staff, and a crowded breakfast area. In addition, some guests found an unpleasant odour in their rooms.
