The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, value, staff and rooms.

The hotel's location was praised by numerous lodgers. They described it as central and downtown, as well as close to Old Montreal, public transit, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, a supermarket, museums, the waterfront and the airport.

Many guests were pleased with the hotel's value. They described the rates as affordable, exceptional and well priced and also cited the free breakfast (which was described as delicious and fresh) as adding to the hotel's overall rates.

Several travellers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, efficient, accommodating and helpful with advice and recommendations. One patron noted, "During our stay, an issue came up that required the manager`s attention. He had already left for the day and was on his way home. Marc-André came all the way back to the hotel and solved the issue right away, while doing it all with grace and politeness. This manager cares about his hotel and his guests' comfort. Although the hotel might not be ranked as a 5 star, the customer service is definitely beyond 5 stars!"

The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by several reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, well maintained, spacious and nicely decorated, with good water pressure and fast Wi-Fi. A few lodgers complained about their rooms, however (see below).
