The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of minor complaints among them about noise transfer and the temperature control.

Some guests complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported noise from the jazz club located in the basement level of the hotel, and also reported street noise in rooms at the front of the hotel. It was recommended that those who require a quiet stay should book rooms at the back of the hotel.

A few guests were disappointed that they were unable to control the temperature in their rooms. The rooms do not allow for individual temperature control, and these guests found their rooms to be too hot or too cold.
