All rooms feature 9-foot ceilings, extra-large windows, platform beds with plush bedding, as well as an ergonomic work space, a 42" flat-screen TV and a connectivity station for laptops, cell phones, MP3 players and other electronic devices. The bathrooms feature an oversized walk-in shower with a frosted glass panel, but no bathtub.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel, and parking is available for $10/day. There is also a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs 24 hours a day in 15-minute intervals. (Dining is available a short walk across the street at the Sheraton.)

The hotel is a 3-minute drive to both the Autoroute 20, an east-west highway that will take guests downtown in about 15 minutes, and the Dorval terminus, which has a VIA rail station and a stop for the 211 bus, a 20-minute express ride downtown. There were many comments concerning the design and appearance of the hotel and rooms, which numerous reviewers described as modern and chic. In addition, some guests were very pleased with the very effective black-out blinds, comfy beds and cozy bed linens in their rooms.

Some reviewers also appreciated the hotel's free Wi-Fi and free, frequent airport shuttle service. Guests varied on how long the trip to the airport took, some said under 5 minutes and some said that the shuttle picked up at the Sheraton next door as well and could take 20 minutes or slightly more.

Many reviewers enjoyed the hotel's overall atmosphere, including its bar and lounge area, and found the staff to be friendly and fun as well as professional. Some guests said the staff made the difference at the hotel.

Guests enjoyed light meals on site and some mentioned that they were served pleasing salads.
The Bad
While many reviewers enjoyed the design, comfort and atmosphere of the hotel, there were a few comments in the reviews from guests who felt the hotel was lacking in some areas.

Some guests found it inconvenient that there is no on-site restaurant at the hotel, although there is a bar and a 24-hour snack counter, as well as several delivery menus for local restaurants. One guest recently solved the problem of no on-site restaurant by highlighting that guests could walk next door to the Sheraton for a larger meal.

A couple of guests noted that the hotel could use a little TLC with regard to maintenance and that the minimalist design appeared a little spartan in some areas.

A few guests complained that the hotel charged an extra $10 for parking.
