"It was an enjoyable stay. This great hotel is steeped in history. It was surprising to see how big it was especially since it was made out of logs(like a log home). The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. We would return again, but this time stay longer."

"Small things ... light in bathroom wall mirror did not work, sink basin was cracked, toilet seat would not stay up (not a problem for my wife). Also, something like an indoor snack counter would be welcome, where one could buy a muffin or a sandwich. The only food available prior to the summer season at Chateau Montebello is a sitdown restaurant serving full meals."
