Location was the biggest draw for many guests. They liked the hotel's proximity to the slopes and felt it was a convenient location for exploring the tourist village. Several guests spoke favourably about the fact that the hotel was a ski-in location.
Many reviewers were impressed with the rooms and described them as clean, spacious, well appointed and quiet. However, there were opposing opinions regarding size and noise level (see below). Additionally, several guests felt the rooms had a good layout design.
The staff were frequently complimented. The service was described as efficient and warm and the staff were accommodating, according to several guests.
