The smoke-free hotel offers 122 condos, studios and condo-suites. Each unit comes with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, an alarm clock, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Room extras include a sofabed, a flat screen TV, a mini-kitchen, a full kitchen, a dining table with chairs, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, 1 or 2 extra bathrooms, washer and dryer, a wood-burning or gas fireplace, a balcony or patio and lake or mountain views.
Free parking is available on site. Pets under 40 lbs are welcome for $25 plus tax per night. A free round-trip shuttle to the pedestrian village as well as the slopes is offered to guests, which runs on a schedule.

Guests enjoyed stunning lake and mountain views and the beauty of the area was a highlight for many.
Many families were well accommodated in their rooms. Although the hotel was older and dated, it was well maintained and clean, and guests were pleased to have full kitchens, dining tables and extra bathrooms in their suites.
Many thought the location was ideal for both summer and winter stays. Guests loved being on the lake and found the hotel quiet, restful and romantic and it was an easy drive (with free shuttle) to the ski slopes.
Guests typically felt well cared for by the staff. They sometimes mentioned free afternoon hot drinks and baked goods the staff offered them.
Guests also enjoyed breakfast and other meals on site.
Many appreciated the value offered at this hotel, especially when compared to the ski village prices.
Negative feedback was also offered, mostly about the older state of the property and the need for updating.more
Although this was not an issue for all guests, there were some guests that did point out that the hotel had older decor.
Some found the utensils in the kitchen a little sparse, but most said they were not terribly inconvenienced by this.
With no elevator access to the condos, and many steps from the parking lot to some of them, guests who found it difficult to climb stairs were challenged by the layout of the resort.
