The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, location and staff.
Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as clean, functional and well-equipped, with good quality furniture, nice lake views, and comfortable beds and pillows. It should be noted however, that some guests complained of not enough dresser and closet space for clothing storage.
The hotel's location was a source of numerous compliments by reviewers. It was found to be very close to the gondola which take skiers to Mont Tremblant ski lifts, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and beside an ice skating rink. One guest remarked the hotel was, "in the pedestrian village, but slightly set back to ensure tranquility".
Several guests praised the hotel's staff. They were characterized as pleasant, knowledgeable, bilingual, and were reported to provide "exceptional service".
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about the cost, the free breakfast, and noise transfer.
Some guests were disappointed with the cost of the hotel. They mentioned that because the rates already seemed expensive, the extra parking and Wi-Fi charges (each $12/day), should have been included in the price.
While most reviewers were pleased with the quality and selection of the cold breakfast buffet, some guests complained there were no hot items, and that the breakfast seating area was too small to accommodate the number of guests partaking. It should be noted however that trays are provided so patrons can eat in their rooms if they prefer.
Noise disturbances were reported by a few guests. They mentioned being able to hear other guests stomping overhead, doors slamming, and children crying. Most reviewers however, found their rooms to be quiet.
