"We reserved a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. The receptionist said it was our problem given the way the reservation came to them via the web.
The receptionist heavily pushed a specific tour company for whale watching tours rather than discussing options.
We moved to another local hotel for a second night. The room was superior for 2/3 the cost.
We would not use this hotel again."
