"I was expecting a more luxurious room but found the rooms to be very stark. I guess it was ok for the price, but the bed was too small and the room seemed dated and run down. Staff was helpful and spoke English which is a big deal in Qu¸«±bec, as the rest of Quebec did not get the memo that they are supposed to be able to speak English as well. When it come to Canada, I like Winnipeg and BC better overall"

"The hotel had lots of items sitting in the hallways and stairwells. These should have been placed in storage. If these were stored inside a room somewhere other than where the guests can see, the ratings would go up slightly. The hotel also didn't have internet service."
