Longueuil is located across the bridge from downtown Montreal and as such is a good place to find a nicer hotel, with good amenities for a lower price, than one would pay for a hotel located right in the downtown core. It's also quieter and guests can enjoy evening strolls in the pleasant neighbourhood, away from the noisy downtown.

The Holiday Inn Montreal – Longueuil is my second choice, a little less money than the Hotel Dauphin, but farther away from the bridge to Montreal. It has good highway access and guests with cars can get to Old Montreal in 13 minutes. This hotel has more on-site amenities with its own restaurant and lounge, indoor pool and hot tub providing great value. The nearest restaurants are about a 7-minute drive from the hotel. There’s no free breakfast here, but Wi-Fi and parking are included in an already very reasonable rate.
