"Found hair in tub from previous guest. I wanted to take a bath, but that changed my mind. Bed cover had something sticky on it... disgusting. Bathroom fan didn't work properly. Carpet and bedcover color looked dingy and dirty. I travel a lot so I have a good basis for comparison. Fitness center and pool was a big disappointment too. Sadly, I doubt that this information will make any difference in future.
I reserved 2 rooms and when I checked in I asked that they comunicate together; clerk assured me that they did..... of course they didn't."
