Free Wi-Fi is available primarily in the lobby with the signal reaching most of the main floor guest rooms. All other rooms have free wired Internet. The staff were very well liked by the guests who gave them very high scores. More than one said that the staff were fully bilingual (making communication easy for the English-speakers), very professional and pleasant. Many reviewers also said that they were given excellent service at the hotel.
Many reviewers enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast for quality and selection. One guest said that the free breakfast included "a lot more than your average spread".
Guests were generally well pleased with the rooms, beds and in-room amenities in the reviews analyzed. The rooms were said to be clean and even "spotless" by some, and the beds were considered comfy. One reviewer said, "I wish I could have snuck the bed out to bring home."
