"Put teams that are participating in sport event all on the same floor IE: first floor, so that they dont disturb the other guests.Fod in hotel a little to pricey"

"WE STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS THEN CHECKED OPUT TO GO TO A WEDDING AT A DISTANCE AWAY. WE STAYED AT A CHALET ON SAT NIGHT, BUT RETURNED TO STAY AT BEST WESTERN SUNDAY NIGHT BECAUSE THE STAFF AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WE HAD THE FIRST 2 NIGHTS. "Our stay at the hotel coincided with a christmas party. We were overwhelmed with the smoking that filled our room. We asked for a room not facing the restaurant but was denied. When we went for the continental breakfast, we decided to upgrade as the complimentary food was below the value we have experienced at other hotels."

"We didn't like the fact that people in the dining area would be watching us while we were in the pool. Put us of using the pool entirely and since it was one the reasons why we choose this hotel, we were a bit disappointed."

"The room really smelled like cigarette even though i had a non-smoking room. I finally realized that the non-smoking rooms are right above the smoking ones and that their ventilation seemed to be connected...Maybe there's something to do about that.

"We hit a special @ $69/night but still good value @ 90/100
it's location makes it handy to North south & east west auto routes
THE ONLY DRAWBACK is getting to it you can see it from the 15 & 440but you have to keep telling yourself to keep east fo the 15 and west of the 440.
if you have buisness or pleasure in Laval greatplace
For downtown montreal ..to far north"
