Very good, some noise but that is not controllable.

Internet access not working

We are very greatfull for the late check out time they aloud us

When we checked in late in the evening, the bathtub stopper was broken We had a glass in the restaurant that had a chipped edge to it. The NIveau lounge ran out of food 1/2 hour before it was supposed to close for breakfast. We were given vouchers for the restaurant on the first floor and were then told that they were good only for cold food. After we explained our situation, the waitress then let us have some hot food. All in all, we were very disappointed with the above series of poor service. We expected much more from the Sheraton.

We stayed only one night at Sheraton Laval and spent the rest of the week in Quebec City and wished we had been able to take your hotel room with us as the one in Quebec City at a top name hotel was deplorable It has the added advantage of being close to freeways and shopping, so is excellent for business and for personal with a large shopping centre right next door. If we have an opportunity to return to Laval, we would definitely stay with you. Charlotte from Toronto

Front desk staff exceptionaly friendly

Excellent hotel, very clean and staff is very friendly.

The complimentary breakfast is what really finished it off for us, we left with a full belly, fully satisfied over all

Put teams that are participating in sport event all on the same floor IE: first floor, so that they dont disturb the other guests
