Overview
This property is a former train station that has been converted into an inn, restaurant and bar. The inn portion of this property was once used as CP Rail Workers' Quarters and is decorated with period furnishings. Well suited for cyclists, this inn is adjacent to the P'tit Train du Nord bicycle trail and free bicycle storage is available on site.

This property offers five smoke-free rooms and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, an MP3 player and an alarm clock (no TVs or air conditioning). One room also includes a private balcony, while all five rooms share two bathrooms. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are not available. Pets are not permitted.

The on-site Restaurant and Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Takeout and room service are also available.

Other on-site amenities include free parking, bicycle storage and a train museum (including a tour of a caboose).

This property is situated within a 2-minute drive of shopping and restaurants in the town centre area. Access to Highway 117 is 3 minutes away by car. Mont Tremblant Ski Resort, golf course and village is about a 35-minute drive away. Downtown Montreal and the Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport are both about 100 minutes away by car. (All driving time estimates: Google Maps)

The Good
Many guests were impressed with their stay at this property and many reviewers mentioned that they would be happy to stay at this inn again.

The rooms were often described as clean, generally comfortable and well appointed. One reviewer described the rooms as "rustic and true to their original roots". However, a couple of guests were surprised that certain standard amenities are not offered (see below for more details).

The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and accommodating service, while one group of travellers said, "we were welcomed as if they had been waiting for us all day".

Many reviewers gave glowing reviews of the food served at the on-site restaurant and the breakfast, lunch and dinner services all received praise. A couple of guests added that the restaurant prices were reasonable. One guest said that the breakfast menu "included a choice of five home made breads all done on the premises", while another reviewer said, "I recommend the poutine avec confit de canard for lunch...it's sinfully decadent."

A couple of guests found the property conveniently located for accessing the P'tit Train du Nord bicycle trail, while a couple of other reviewers were impressed that the staff locked guests' bicycles inside over night.
