Overview
Located about a 9-minute drive from the Trans-Canada Highway and about a 40-minute drive from Mont Tremblant, Blueberry Lake Resort is popular with car travellers who require a hotel offering fully furnished chalets, on-site dining and a spa.

This hotel has 60 log chalets featuring cathedral ceilings and 270-degree balconies positioned around Blueberry Lake. Each offers 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchen, a barbeque, a log-burning fireplace, a jetted tub, a CD/DVD player, a sitting area with a sofabed, a washer and dryer, a desk, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Some chalets also offer pool tables and air conditioning. Chalets start at 1410 square feet and reach up to 3275 square feet.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, a spa, a fully-equipped gym, meeting/banquet space, prepared meal service, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, water skiing, tennis courts and a volleyball court. Trails are located on the property. There is also a lakeside on-site restaurant and bar, Lac aux Bleuets, open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner. It also serves brunch on Sundays. Pets are not permitted, and the hotel does not offer wheelchair accessibility.

Shopping is available at Petit Hameau St-Jovite (about a 35-minute drive southeast), while the Labelle Village is approximately a 15-minute drive eastward. Nominingue Golf Club is a 35-minute drive northwest, and Mont Tremblant International Airport (YTM) is about a 35-minute drive northeast of the hotel. Many reviewers praised the accommodations at this hotel. They described their chalets as clean, well equipped, modern, bright and spacious, with comfortable beds and panoramic views of the area.

The resort's location was a source of numerous compliments by guests. It was described as a lake-side location, close to Mont Tremblant, skiing and nature trails, with wildlife all around. One guest remarked the hotel was a great base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as accommodating, bilingual and friendly. It should be noted however, that a few guests complained the receptionist was overwhelmed dealing with large groups (see below).

A few guests complained about the hotel's Wi-Fi, reporting slow signals, as well as not being able to connect at all. These reviewers were inconvenienced as they were expecting to work remotely from the hotel and were unable to.

Some lodgers were disappointed with the resort's general lack of maintenance in some of the chalets. They described deck railings in need of repair, as well as a broken DVD player, bathroom fan and air conditioning unit.

As mentioned above, a few guests complained that large groups overwhelmed the receptionist, who became short at times.
