The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the hotel's rates.

As mentioned above, several reviewers were pleased with the customer service, restaurant and overall accommodations. However, some reviewers were disappointed with the hotel's price to value ratio. They described the room rates as expensive, and cited the lack of elevator, the pool's basement location and the lack of 24-hour staff as reasons why the hotel was not worth the rates paid. Some reviewers also felt that the prices at the restaurant were too high for the standard of service and food quality received.
