We reserved a non-smoking room and received a smoking room The receptionist heavily pushed a specific tour company for whale watching tours rather than discussing options. We moved to another local hotel for a second night. The room was superior for 2/3 the cost. We would not use this hotel again.

Not that it is important, but we seemed to be the ONLY ones on our floor who did not get a morning paper The pool was crowded and resembled a Holiday Inn....

It isn't a bad hotel, It just is not a very good value Communication is poor, it is very unclear as to what is included and what is not. The room was the smallest $320 dollar a night room I have ever been in. Holiday Inns have more spacious rooms. Parking was horrible. They offer valet parking for $19 a day. If you do not take them up on the valet service then you can park for free behind the Casino, if you are out during the day and return around dinner time it is very hard to find a place to park, It was at least a 10 minute walk from the parking to the hotel most of the time.
