"Great stay. Will stay there again. Only negative was that it was difficult to get a cab back into the city of Ottawa because the hotel is outside of the city core."

"It was great in some instance and bad to very bad for other things: Great: We were upgraded to a better room. Fantastic, better room than the Westin or the Chateau Laurier. Bad: The bathroom counter was not clean, spots, water stains and general dirt accumulation, that was a turn off. Bad: There were only 3 kleenex in the box and no other box in the room. Bad: The light on the desk did not work. Bad: The cordless phone did not work because the battery was dead. Bad: Breakfast was served on time but everything was cold. $50.00 for cold eggs... not worth it. Bad: The express check out system did not work in the room. We left with mixed feelings. Incidently we did not loose money at the casino so our feelings were not tainted :) I think it could have been a lot better."

"There was a problem with the city water and we could not use the hotel water to drink, the management made drinking water available. Thanks for doing that. I wish that ice could have been made available, unfortunetly I had to go to the store to buy ice. Other than that our stay was pleasant and I would appreciate any promotional information sent to me via mail."
