Overview
Located midway between Montreal and Quebec City and about a 5-minute drive from Highway 55, the Auberge Le Flores is suitable for road travellers visiting the area or passing through who prefer a full-service boutique-style inn with meeting/banquet space and on-site dining.

This non-smoking hotel has 34 air-conditioned guest rooms and suites, each offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kettle, a desk, a bathrobe for each guest and a hair dryer. Standard rooms offer one or two queen beds, while rooms with a separate queen bedroom, a jetted tub, a fireplace and/or a sitting area with a sofabed are also available. 

Hotel amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, a spa, meeting/banquet space, free parking and on-site dining at Le Flores Restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Pets are not permitted, and the hotel offers wheelchair accessibility.

Lac Paulette is about a 2-minute drive south of the hotel, while Plaza De La Mauricie offers shopping in Shawinigan, roughly 10 minutes south by car. Club de Golf Ste Flore is a 3-minute drive north and Trois Rivieres Airport (YRQ) is approximately a 30-minute drive south.

Many guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received, and characterized the staff as attentive, accommodating, welcoming and bilingual. One guest mentioned that the staff were friendly and willing to meet requests.

Numerous reviewers complimented the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, charming, well maintained and quiet, with comfortable beds and a strong Wi-Fi signal.

The hotel's food was praised by several lodgers, who described it as delicious and "out of this world". The restaurant's menu was also complimented for its choice. It should be mentioned however, that a few guests had complaints about the restaurant's service (see below).

A few reviewers had complaints about the hotel's temperature. They mentioned the hallways outside their rooms were quite cold, which they found to be very uncomfortable.
