The GoodThe majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's food, spa services and staff.
Numerous guests praised the hotel's food and described it as excellent, healthy, and organic. One guest stated, "The food was exceptionally good, especially the dinner, with plenty of choice, flavour and beautiful presentation", while another remarked, "Spa Eastman certainly has the healthiest gourmet food available".
The hotel's spa services were complimented by many reviewers. These guests described the spa as relaxing, peaceful, and excellent. It should be mentioned however, that the majority of the wellness seminars are conducted in french.
Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as attentive, friendly and helpful.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the rooms and noise transfer.
While most reviewers found their rooms to be clean with comfortable beds, several guests were disappointed with aspects of their accommodations. They complained about the lack of TVs and Wi-Fi in some rooms, as well as the lack of air conditioning. It should be noted however, that Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in some rooms.
A couple of guests mentioned noise transfer during their stay. They reported being able to hear guests in adjacent rooms, as well as noise overhead during massages, which was described as distracting.
