"Pet Unfriendly"
"With reference to the Comfort Inn website, the 1-800 agent, and the specific hotel, the policy on pets in rooms in inconsistent, misleading, and expensive. We had to pay $25 extra for a small dog and were confined to a smelly smoker's room, even though we had specifically booked a non-smoking room in a supposedly "pet friendly" hotel (Drummondville). Because of this experience, we are reluctant to use Comfort Inn again, and would ALWAYS call the local hotel direct for clear information."

"Very pet-friendly hotel. Highly recommended travellers with small or large pet. Travellers with pets shouldn't be subjected to "Smoking" room bookings only. Second hand smoke (smell)in the room is a big issue for people who have severe respiratory allergic reaction to smoke. Comfort Inn should revisit and revise its policy for this condition. Thank you"
