"Unbelievably bad Customer Service. Reception staff were indifferent to the point of being rude. They told me (in the presence of other guests waiting to check in) that since I had paid Internet rates I can only be accommdated in the rear end of the Hotel. A comment I thought was totally unnecessary.
Half way during my checking-in process the young lady proceeded to have a social chat with one of the other guests. Five minutes later I had to remind her of my presence. The rest of the process was completed with a huge attitude.
Every contact with the Front Office during my stay was unpleasant. Felt very unwelcome - will never stay here again."
