The hotel's location was a source of numerous compliments by reviewers. They described it as close to Chicoutimi's centre, the waterfront, highway access, restaurants and shopping malls. It was mentioned by a couple guests that there is nice scenery surrounding the hotel.
Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as welcoming, helpful, and bilingual, providing excellent service. One reviewer (when describing their experience with the staff), mentioned they were, "More than accommodating of any requests I made".
Several guests were pleased with the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as spotlessly clean, well-maintained and comfortable. It should be mentioned however, that a couple of guests felt the carpets needed upgrading in their rooms.
The Bad
