Overview
This hotel is located on Highway 117, a 5-minute drive or 22-minute walk from Blainville's city centre. 

The smoke-free hotel offer 87 rooms on 2 floors with elevator access.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen HDTV with cable, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and climate control. (Mini-fridges and microwaves are available on request at an extra cost.)

Some rooms include  a mini-fridge, a microwave, a fireplace, a 2-person jetted tub, a desk with ergonomic chair, and a balcony. Accessible rooms are available.

Free outdoor parking is available for cars and oversize vehicles on site.

Pets are welcome (1 less than 5 kg) free of charge.

A free coffee station is available in the lobby.

Restaurant on site: Obrigado Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Le Mirage serves lunch and dinner and is open late. Room service is available.

Off-site restaurants: Tim Hortons and Restaurant La Belle Province is across the street.

The Good
Some guests found this hotel older, but clean and adequate for a short stay.

Rooms were clean and quiet with comfortable beds.

The location was convenient. It was close to public transit, Tim Hortons, restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, golfing and Blainville Equestrian Park.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and bi-lingual.

Breakfast and other dining on site was well liked.

Guests also liked: a $4 voucher off breakfast.

The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback.

Room complaints found were: room and bathroom were dated, room was small, air smelled stuffy and stale, window did not open, view of atrium (not outdoors), ineffective AC unit, cracked tiles, hot water surges in shower, toilet rocked from side to side, and poor lighting in the room.

Noise transferred from: guests in neighbouring rooms, the atrium and AC units.

Guests often complained about the price of the rooms stating they were not worth that much.

Other comments found: area surrounding the hotel is a little run down, gym small and cramped, no AC in the bar, balcony overlooks an unfinished area in the middle of the hotel and staff not overly friendly (according to some).
