This hotel is located at the base of the gondola at Mont-Sainte-Anne and guests appreciated the convenience of being able to ski in and out of their accommodations. Guests said that the hotel was conveniently close to restaurants, shops and golf courses as well.
Guests appreciated the convenience of several of the on-site amenities, including a spa and a small grocery store. Several guests commented favourably on the pool area and on the hot tubs.
Guests were impressed with the quality of the food served in the on site restaurant. Menu selection was good and guests said food was tasty.
The Bad
While there were a number of favourable comments in the reviews used for this analysis there were also a number of complaints. Guests commonly complained about the state and appearance of the rooms.
Guests complained about a lack of detailed cleanliness in the rooms. Stained bathroom floors, stained carpets and dirty floors and countertops in the kitchenettes were noted as needing particular attention.
Guests suggested that the hotel was in need of widespread updates and commented on general decor, furniture, bathroom tiles and fixtures.
A few guests complained of thin walls and were disturbed by noise coming from the hallways.
Customer service posed problems for some guests, who felt that staff were at times inattentive and not focused on customer needs. Guests complained specifically about housekeeping and front desk staff.
