Located along Highway 138 in Beaupre's city centre, the Auberge La Camerine is suited towards business or vacation travellers who require a hotel with meeting/banquet space, on-site dining and easy highway access.

Each guest room in this non-smoking hotel offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a desk, a seating area and a hair dryer. Rooms with air conditioning, a fireplace and a jetted tub are also available, and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The hotel also offers 24-hour reception, meeting/banquet facilities, a bar, a business centre and free parking. Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as helpful, welcoming, attentive and bilingual.

The hotel's restaurants were a source of many compliments by reviewers, who described them as delicious and wonderful, with efficient and friendly service and reasonable prices. One guest remarked, "We went down to the Bistro for a couple drinks before dinner and loved it! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The gentleman working there was so pleasant and friendly and gave great service! We had great beer and a glass of the delicious house wine by the cozy fireplace with some of their famous smoked meat". A few patrons had complaints about the hotel's restaurants, however (see below).

Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it close to Mont Ste-Anne, Cape Torment, the Edison Museum, St. Anne's Basilica, highway access and golfing.
