"not happy"
"this hotel was nice but we were not showed how to use the heating system and the heat was not turned on then we got there, so pretty near froze all night also was not told anything about morning breatfast we did not know if there was any or not also when i ordered the room there was supposed to be a pull out couch and its wasnt but the lady at the desk gave us a cott, but not happy with the service that we received and when you go away to a hotel it is suppose to be enjoyable but because the room was so cold our little guy was up at 6 oclock in the morning due to it being cold in there, so really not very pleased when you only get a away a few times per year away and you have to deal with those issues"
