"We stayed in one of the cottages and our only complaint was the creaking of building during unusually windy weather. We realized the wind was unusual and certainly not within the hotel's control.
CeCe was delightful and really added to our trip with her tips and insight to the Island."

"When we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 p.m. we were told there were no room reserved for us, then after showing them our confirmation # they then said they had a room. We were then given the key to our room and when we entered it , it had not been cleaned from the previous guests , beds unmade, washroom not cleaned. We had been driving from home for the past 14 hours and this was something that was not acceptable. We went back to the front desk to report this and after a long while of waiting the cleaners finally started cleaning. By this time it was after 5:00 p.m. Needless to say we will not be staying there again. This was the first year I had decided to book the hotels ahead of time as we usually just travel and get a hotel as we go and we have never had any problems , rooms have always been ready and clean. When you book ahead that means a your room should be ready for your arrival especially at 4:00 in the afternoon. The staff at the front desk in my opinion could of been more accommodating to our situation."
