"Staff was extrememly helpful and went the extra mile in service. Furnishings and amenities are great.The building does need some upgrading for seniors and handicapped visitors. Parking even with a handicap permit is not convenient at all times. Bathtubs are difficult for older people to get in and out of and do not have bars or even tub mats for safety. Some toilet seat covers are missing. Bathrooms have scant facilities for putting things on and for sitting on when drying off or if standing is a problem or uncomfortable. The population is aging and so are travellers so these upgrades, often found in less classy hotels and motels, are more and more expected and needed. This is a very good place to stay and could be even better."
