"caring, thoughtful, cheerful .. a definite bonus.."
"I found the hotel to be very accessible. I arrived around 5:30 p.m. and asked where I could purchase some office supplies. I was directed to a place up the road and they had exactly what I needed. I also found the restaurant staff to be very prompt and courteous. Nice touch being given the paper cup if I wanted to take my tea away with me. I have never seen that before."
