"Bad Taste in My Mouth"
"I have stayed in this particular motel 2 times. The first time was very good. The 2nd. time, was terrible. They have on there door, that they are a member of CAA. However, the refused to give me the discount. Also while having my shower, I slipped and almost fell in the tub. Having a bad back when I got there, I wrenched it much worse. Also, my door was the only door that had not received a morning paper. Their "I don't care attitude" really made me upset. They did not even try to fix the concerns I had and still have. I will have to try to find another place to stay when I go to Charlottetown in the future."

"we well never stay in this hotel again. When I made the reservation no one asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room. So they booked us a smoking room when we don't smoke. They made no effort to fix this for us when we got there, we drove 3 hours to get there so we had to stay in a smoking room that smelled horrible. The check in time was 2 o'clock and the room wasn't ready til 3.30. There was a big pice of chewed gum stuck behind the headboard of one of the beds."

"The hotel was extremely noisy during the overnight hours. Understaffed and not able to deal with all the noise and commotion during the weekend. Will not stay here again."
