The Trans-Canada Highway is about 1-minute away, while the Charlottetown Mall is a 2-minute drive (or a 15-minute walk) away.

Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available and all 80 rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and air conditioning. Rooms are furnished with 1 queen bed or 2 double beds.

Many reviewers described the staff throughout the hotel as friendly, helpful, sincere, knowledgeable, and quick to provide recommendations. One guest said that "a nice touch was the fact that a member of the staff takes the time to check where guests are from and then supply a free morning paper from home, like Nova Scotia."
