"The quality of housekeeping at this hotel is severely below standard. It was obvious from my five night stay that: sheets were not changed, the room was not vacuumed, THE BATHTUB WAS NOT CLEANED DAILY!!!, garbage was emptied but if a piece of paper had missed the garbage can and was laying beside it, it was still there after the room had been seen to, the counter in the bathroom was not cleaned, the hospitality supplied (coffee, creamer etc) were hit and miss. Sometimes they were replenished, sometimes they were partially replenished, sometimes not at all.
The security device on the door literally fell off with the screws still attached, and therefore was useless. There was no ironing board in the room........
I will definitly not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Charlottetown."
