Overview
Situated on Stoney Lake and about an 8-minute drive from Highway 28, the Viamede Resort is suited to business and vacation travellers who prefer a resort-style hotel. Its marina makes it a good choice for boaters travelling the Ontario Trent Severn Waterway.

This hotel has 52 air-conditioned guest rooms, suites and cottages, each offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a DVD player and a desk. Irons and ironing boards, hair dryers and bathrobes are available upon request. Standard rooms offer one queen bed or two double beds, while rooms with a separate bedroom, a living room, a jetted tub, a private balcony and/or a fireplace are also available.

Standard cottages offer a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge or a kitchenette and a barbecue, while deluxe cottages additionally offer a full kitchen, a jetted tub and a fireplace.

Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, meeting/banquet facilities, a farm (with tours), a spa, a marina with boat rentals, a tennis court, various sports with equipment rental, bike rental, a business centre, a billiards room, a free breakfast and free parking. The resort features 165 acres with hiking and snowmobiling trails. Most rentals are complimentary.

On-site dining is offered at 1885 (serving breakfast and dinner), Boathouse Pub (serving lunch and dinner), and Mount Julian, which serves dinner. Restaurant hours vary seasonally.
